All Passenger Portal bookings are reviewed for compliance with Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP).
Your transportation benefit provides access to IHCP-approved services and in-network providers. Bookings may be canceled if the service or provider isn’t covered under your Medicaid or Medicare plan. Repeated out-of-network or non-covered bookings may result in loss of Passenger Portal access.
For questions about using your Non-Emergency Medical Transportation benefit or finding in-network providers, you can reach Member Services at the number on your insurance card. Our scheduling department is also available from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST at (844) 772-6632.
